We currently accept the following payment methods: Paypal, credit and debit card.

Delivery – 

Below you will find our current delivery options and shipping rates. At this time we currently only ship to the UK (Inc Northern Island). All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are collected Monday – Friday (Excluding bank holidays). Orders dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday will be collected the following Monday. 

We are unable to combine postage across multiple orders and tracking information about your order is only available if ‘Tracked’ delivery was selected during checkout.

We currently offer the following delivery options –

Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48.
These are used for smaller packages. Think of letter sizes up to 1 inch thick, something that will fit through a letter box. These are not fully tracked services and despite the titles Royal Mail timeframes are typically a day longer that the stated period; so Royal Mail 24 can take 2 days, but the majority take 1 day, Royal Mail 48 can take 3 days but typically take 2 days.

The same constraint applies for Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 delivery options. These, as the title suggests, are fully tracked services and are designed for larger packages that won’t fit through a letter box. Any made up models, or pieces that are more than 1 inch tall in any dimension will be restricted to these delivery options.

Delivery times are from the day the order is dispatched, which will be 1 to 2 working days from the order being placed. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holiday Mondays. Where possible I will try to dispatch on Saturdays to speed delivery up as much as possible.

Any delivery disputes will need to follow the resolution guidelines provided by Royal Mail services, and parcels may not be immediately classed as lost even if they are delayed for a few days, until a time period of up to 3 weeks from dispatch. Again, Royal Mail defined the constraint for the timeframe when a claim can be made.
